Nobody is perfect ! We are happy that the fail rate of our products is already down to about 1 %. However, nothing and nobody is perfect. It is sometimes happen that there is an issue with a product. You should download this rma formular and send it together with the defect part to us. Our response time is usually one working day if the product comes with this formular in our workshop.
