Model PB-05

The PB-9 is a table stand version with the optical function. It also includes a button what can be used as "push to talk" or "mic latch". A galvanic separated trigger input for a remote control is implemented. The different functions can be selected and mixed with 3 dip switches.

Phantom Power Line Tester
You know the situation: The microphone on the stage doesn´t works and you need to figure out what´s wrong. The toolbox is in the truck and the battery of your ohmmeter is empty anyway... Here is the solution. Simply connect the Line Tester to the cable, turn on the Phantom power and then you have immediately the result. A small microcontroller tests the lines and will switch on a 100 Hz signal when the line is ok. An LED shows the status in case of an error. The tester runs with 9 - 48 V phantom power. The circuit is integrated in a xlr connector and will fit in every pocket.

Phasechecker/Polatitychecker "The Toy"
This is the logical development of the Line Tester. This module works together with an additional receiver module. A rectangle similar signal from the linetester will feed the receiver module. The receiver module indicates the polarity of the microphone cable. A built-in microphone offers the possibility to use the receiver as polarity checker for speaker systems. "The Toy" is probably the smallest phase - and cable tester combination on the market. |
